Spring Sparkling Special

Because we love everything about this beautiful fresh goat cheese with edible flowers pressed on top, and aptly named Monet, we know we had to create a gift around it. Well we did and we are pretty proud of ourselves. The Shortbread House ginger shortbreads should pair brilliantly with the cheese as will the Pol Clement French Sparkler (a half bottle). We add almonds and a beautiful bar of Earl Grey chocolate from Raaka to finish the tasting.
