If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately.
A problem with a floral order must be reported within 24 hours of its arrival.
We will send you a prompt refund, replacement or full credit (excluding original shipping and handling charges), whichever you prefer, on any items returned to us within 7 days.
Perishable, personalized or special purchase items cannot be returned.
There will be a 20% restock fee on custom baskets.

All our customers' data is kept strictly confidential.
We do not sell or loan our mailing list to anyone.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased.
There will be a charge for a second delivery if we are given an incorrect address.
If being delivered by one of our vans and the recipient is not home, our driver will try to:
a) Leave the gift with a neighbor, or
b) Leave a note on the recipient's door so they can call us to arrange a re-delivery, or
c) Leave the basket at the delivery address if it seems safe to do so unless you instruct us otherwise.
After two delivery attempts, an additional delivery charge will be applied.
Chocolates cannot be shipped in summer.
Shipping times:
Most (meaning 99.9%) of your orders are shipped within 1 business day from when the order is placed unless you have requested a later delivery date. We will notify you if there is going to be a delay.

An adult signature is required for a wine delivery.

United States FedEx is our preferred Carrier. When ordering online, you are given shipping options and prices to choose from. You can also get quotes from us over the phone.
Other Countries We can, and do, ship to other countries; however, sometimes it is better to find someone there who can fulfill the gifts for us. Canada, England and some other countries impose a tax on the shipment that must be paid by the recipient! Not too friendly when you're sending a gift!
