We pride ourselves on finding many organically grown and sustainably farmed wines. Every great wine maker we've met tells us the same thing: 80% of making wine happens in the field. If you haven't got good fruit, you're not going to get good wine.

Creminelli
Wild Boar Salami

Creminelli Wild Boar Salami is a mixture of Texas Wild Boar and Pork Belly, seasoned with cloves and juniper berries for a robust yet sweet flavor. A finalist for outstanding meat, it has long been a winner with Fancifull Customers. Wild boar is leaner and deeper in color but it can have a strong profile in that the Wild Boar has a varied diet. Cristiano Creminelli is an Italian who crafts fine meats in Utah. His salamis and meats are all natural and his love of his work, the animals and his team is evident in every flavorful bite.

Dry Monterey Jack

The Vella Cheese Company dates back to the 1920s in Sonoma, CA. Tom Vella crafted a hard cheese for the largely Italian population that missed the grating cheese of home. They also needed a sturdy cheese that needed little refrigeration since there were no refrigerators, only ice boxes (with real ice, no electricity}. He also managed to come up with a delicious cheese that is reminiscent of the peccorino of Italy. It is aged from 6 -18 months, we generally carry the 9 month aged Vella. Slow Food Internation has this on their endangered food list because Vella is the only place that makes this particular cheese. But it is in danger whenever it hits the cheese plate, of being devoured that is.

We thoroughly enjoy cultivating our relationship with you through in-store tastings and events so together we all can learn more about, and share our passion for, the good things in life. We offer private tastings and have open houses a few times a year. Interested in holding a Fundrasier at Fancifull? We offer our shop and help you easily create a fun and memorable event. With our production space we have quite a bit of room (and lots of wine and cheese and such)
